今日唔食Burger唔食魚湯烏冬,試咗慢煮西班牙黑毛豬丼,味道的確唔錯。可能就係因為用慢煮嘅方法去煮D黑毛豬柳,所以食落去就覺得D黑毛豬柳juicy d,夠晒淋不過肉質仍然保持彈性,另外佢D黑毛豬柳嘅外層煎到微微燒焦,食落特別香,打埋隻溫泉蛋落去撈飯,令D飯特別香,另外佢飯面仲有D紫菜絲,好有日式風味。同魚湯烏冬一樣會跟一份詰梅漬番茄仔,其實呢個小食真係唔錯,清得黎又夠晒健康,開胃醒胃,不過如果比多兩粒就會更開心啦。
