主角「珍寶安格斯牛肉漢堡」果然甚好,大大個的漢堡包,不走脆身一路,用的是牛油軟包,夾著的除了大塊厚身的珍寶安格斯漢堡扒外,還有半融的芝士和爽脆的沙律菜,口感挺豐富的,重中之重的漢堡扒,肉汁澎湃,更有秘製的開胃醬汁加持,比連鎖快餐店的漢堡包好多了,份量十足的漢堡包,確是真材實料,在網上得到不少好評,殊非倖致。

初嚐龍躉片魚湯烏冬,睇落去平平無奇,不過呢碗烏冬真係堅揪。呢碗龍躉片魚湯烏冬入面都有幾多龍躉片,可能一開頭我諗住只係得一兩片啦,所以真係有驚喜。佢啲龍躉片都幾鮮味,襯返個魚湯都真係幾夾。佢嘅龍躉片係厚切嘅,而且都真係幾厚吓,厚到我覺得應該叫龍躉件而唔係龍躉片咁簡單。另外我想讚吓佢個魚湯,同平時飲到嘅好唔同,呢個湯鮮味好多,一邊飲一邊feel到成口都充滿住骨膠原,仲有少少漿口嘅感覺,呢啲應該就係用新鮮魚自己煲嘅魚湯,而唔係超市紙盒裝嗰啲。

正呀,未到冬天就已經可以食得返呢個枝竹羊漢堡,真係有驚喜。舊年食過一次,念念不忘,可惜係季節限定食品,所以之前夏天嚟嘅時候都食唔到,估唔到今日趁公眾假期過嚟食吓嘢,竟然出返呢個包,真係Lucky Day。呢個羊肉burger依然好食,除咗唔係好蘇嘅羊肉漢堡扒之外,最正就係佢嘅炸枝竹,枝竹同枝竹之間仲夾住咗釀墨魚滑,入口有一種脆卜卜同埋彈牙嘅口感其實真係好正。另外老闆仲加入腐乳醬,就係好似之前其他食評所講嘅腐乳枝竹羊腩煲嘅burger版,大家又可以嚟食呢個咁有特色嘅漢堡包料。

真係冇諗過炸魚薯條嘅魚竟然可以用白鱔嚟做。佢個鱔會用兩支竹籤拮住之後先至放落去炸,我估佢咁樣做就係為咗舊炸白鱔可以夠挺身唔會攣埋一舊,炸粉好薄唔會一咬落去淨係咬到啲粉,白鱔好新鮮,唔會因為用嚟炸所以就搵啲冇咁新鮮嘅魚,我會用「爆汁彈牙」呢個四個字嚟形容呢個炸白鱔。見呢度有番薯條所以又叫咗一份,份量比想像中多。最後仲叫咗個花雕鮑魚,個鮑魚都幾入味,一份兩隻鮑魚切開四件,隻鮑魚唔會係蚊型size,價錢都合理。

這一家位於太安樓的小店,其炸魚薯條真的很精彩,魚類選擇款式多,而且均是街市魚檔常見品種,很是有趣,如有馬友、黃立倉、花尾躉、白鱔、沙鑽,與及我今天選擇的炸懵仔魚。用新鮮魚去做炸魚好像是有點浪費,不過一啖咬下感覺就是有很大分別,已炸懵仔為例,其豐富的魚油是一般雪藏炸魚柳做不到的。另外我還點了一個炸蟹蓋,蟹蓋內讓有蟹膏和蟹肉,據餐牌說這是松葉蟹的蟹肉,配上多士一起吃就是和味。店來天花板掛了兩條巨型鯨魚,很有氣氛。

今日幫襯Cafe Whale見到老闆喺度玩扭蛋機,於是就口多多問佢有乜野好食,佢叫我幫佢做吓白老鼠試吓呢個新菜式,就係松葉蟹肉蟹味噌配吐司,$108,老闆仲話為咗呢個新菜式專登買咗呢個重金屬蟹形碟。等咗10分鐘左右就有得食,賣相好有霸氣,個蟹蓋都幾大件,呢個菜式其實就係將D松葉蟹肉同埋D蟹糕釀入個蟹蓋入面然後攞去炸,原來蟹味噌就即係蟹糕,不過無求證到係唔係松葉蟹蟹糕。味道唔錯,而且好多蟹肉同蟹糕。上面插住嗰支係食大閘蟹用嗰D浙醋。至於份吐司其實就係用返佢地Burger個麵包砌薄片再烘乾身成為多士,搽D蟹肉蟹糕上去食,都幾正。

已經有好多人叫我一定要試呢一間西灣河小店嘅魚湯烏冬,今日終於試到。見到佢白雪雪嘅魚湯已經知佢有料到,而且因為都仲係熱辣辣,所以聞到D魚嘅香味,我梗係先飲個湯啦,一入口覺得佢幾滑,應該係好次嗰D400次咖啡咁打咗泡。魚湯烏冬有兩款,一款有花膠魚肚,另一款就係普通版,我叫咗普通版,入面有魚蛋魚片同菜,當然有烏冬啦。個魚湯真係好鮮味好好飲,我成碗飲晒。另外叫咗兩個小食,一個係吉列炸蠔,另一個係冰鎮花鵰鮑魚,兩款都好食。吉列炸蠔都幾鬆脆,旁邊D沙律菜都幾新鮮。花鵰鮑魚都整得幾入味,清甜清爽,係夏天唔錯嘅小食。

另外叫咗兩個小食,一個係吉列炸蠔,另一個係冰鎮花鵰鮑魚,兩款都好食。吉列炸蠔都幾鬆脆,旁邊D沙律菜都幾新鮮。花鵰鮑魚都整得幾入味,清甜清爽,係夏天唔錯嘅小食。

花雕雞油馬友一夜干炸魚薯條,後面嗰支好似香水嘅就係花雕酒,自己唧。無諗過馬友都可以做炸魚薯條,炸粉一啲都唔厚,唔會食到成口炸粉,魚肉入面好實淨,新鮮就係咁正,啲肉質係唔同啲,一咬落去就知道,呃唔到人嘅。薯條食得出係新鮮即叫即炸嘅。拌碟嘅沙律菜質素都好高,係靚野黎嘅,同埋份量都算幾大份。最後想讚一讚佢個汁,即係白色有個綠色圈嗰碟,白色部份係沙律醬,似係自家製嘅,綠色圈係蔥油汁,又係自家獨家出品,好正。

白鱔食得多,蒜蓉豆豉蒸或者盤龍鱔都係常見嘅,不過今日試嘅白鱔Burger真係第一次,整體味道幾好。佢個白鱔係炸嘅,不過個炸粉好薄,所以咬落去嘅時候係啖啖白鱔肉而唔會成口都係炸粉。個Burger入面件炸鱔比想像之中厚身,所以食嘅時候特別開心,仲有就係一啖咬開件白鱔,佢D魚油都真係幾多,入口真係有好Juicy的感覺。值得一提係佢個蒜蓉豆豉汁做得唔錯,個豆豉味剛剛好,始終有D人係唔鍾意食豆豉嘅,反而個蒜蓉味無乜。最後,以$128連汽水呢個價位喺太安樓黎講真係算高,不過我食完之後真心覺得物有所值,始終唔係好多地方食到呢D唔係千年急凍魚柳嘅魚柳包。

今日黎咗據D Youtubers話係全個太安樓最猛(係光猛)嘅食肆,門口好多燈膽,所以真係好光。叫咗D Youtubers推介(有好幾個)推介嘅黑牛吐司,又真係幾四正兼且味道唔錯。黑牛個「黑」字應該就係代表黑色嘅竹炭吐司,而佢入面D牛肉偏瘦,好啱我胃口,而且相對比較有𡁻口,但係唔係有筋嗰種,所以如果鍾意好似安格斯甚至係和牛嗰種比例鬆軟嘅牛嘅朋友就未必啱食呢個黑牛吐司。之後我仲叫咗個炸蕃薯條,主要因為薯條好多地方都有得食,所以就叫D平時少食嘅野,即叫即炸,熱辣辣。
