細佬生日,專門搵咗呢一間慢煮工業 Under Vacuum同佢慶祝。 喺太子站一出直行五分鐘左右已經可以見到, 近萬聖節,餐廳嘅裝修都落足心機,感覺自己去咗中環嘅酒吧街。平日晚上餐廳已半滿,好在有預訂,店員安排我地點坐樓上位。 一坐低發覺裝修好用心,每一張咕臣印有店名,圖案都不同,好少餐廳會咁揼本落去裝修,食物質素高亦要環境配合先係一個完滿晚餐。 自助形式不收加一,落樓下點餐,告知枱號,就會有人送餐來。點了菲力牛扒,法式豬鞍,2者都係經過兩個鐘 用低於75度溫度烹調,肉汁完美鎖住,豬扒非常嫩口跟烤蘋果搭配得很好。本身想點Oscar, topping,點知冇露荀,叫左呢個磨菇牛肉source,可以用埋呢點薯條一物二用。黑松露炸薯條,呢個最抵食,好大筒,著條上面仲加有芝士絲。飲品方面叫咗個荔枝接骨木soda特飲同埋蘋果手工啤。Soda味道ok,都幾大杯但太多冰,飲到 飲到最後有寒,如果唔想太多凍可以一早話畀店員聽會好d。手工啤醇香, 味道特別,不同於周街都買到的哪隻食咗咁多都係335蚊好抵食,會再幫襯
