最近我去左銅鑼灣的一間餐廳,叫做Cafe Zenses,餐牌上有好多精緻的菜式,全部都幾岩我口味🫣。首先叫左佢地既白酒牛油煮大蜆伴酸種多士$158。這道菜色香俱全,大蜆好大隻 不過味道偏淡 無咩鮮味🤔,但佢搭配酸種多士唇齒留香,非常煙韌。另外,主菜叫左慢煮24小時美國安格斯牛肋骨伴乾蔥紅酒燒汁$298。🙈呢道菜賣相真是令人垂涎三尺🤤,牛肋骨經過慢煮後,肉質鮮嫩多汁,再加上乾蔥紅酒燒汁的調味,口感好豐富如果你喜歡法國料理,咁你一定聽過~🤭手撕法國油封鴨腿肉牛肝菌意大利飯$158 鴨腿肉經過油封處理,保持了肉質的嫩滑,搭配牛肝菌和意大利飯,味道獨特😚仲有,叫左兩杯飲品 一杯係金莎朱古力咖啡$52。這杯咖啡結合了朱古力的香濃和咖啡的苦甜,咖啡同朱古力唔會各自搶左大家既味道最後一杯係芝麻豆腐$52 豆腐細滑入味同芝麻的香氣,非常健康 同呢個配搭都好飲!
