To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 回校放下文件，與媽媽一併到沙田逛逛。雖然是星期三，但商場已是人頭湧湧，不太想繼續走下去。來個下午茶又如何？蜜糖雞翼、沙律‵、脆皮腸，配上電視熱賣的凍檸賓。拿飛仔到茶水拎餐，長長的人龍。初時以為人多，原來是阿姐手腳慢。看看牌，差不多全是「培訓員工」，怪不得。雞翼完全不夠燶，未煮透。脆皮腸，很令人不安，因為是深啡色，而且一點也不脆皮，凍凍的，應該煮了很久。沙律要唯一可取，因為一早已整好。凍檸賓，大縮水，少了一大截，離譜！這家大家樂可說是目前分店中服務及食物最差的一家。
