琴日, 朋友話帶我去試下一間好特別嘅西餐廳。係喺銅鑼灣加路連山道,聽就聽得多加路連山道,不過我就未去過。原來嗰邊有好多特色嘅餐廳,今次朋友帶我去嘅就係叫做阿麥廚房。終於到左餐廳,原來氣氛幾有情調嘅,燈光亦都特登較暗左,有relax既感覺。另外牆身貼滿左唔同國家既畫,令到有d異國風情,搞到我有啲想去旅行添!黑松露忌廉湯,喺面頭有啲黑松露,將佢撈埋一齊,味道好重黑松露味,而且仲有淡淡的忌廉香味同蘑菇味,味道很濃郁呢!呢個係南瓜蟹肉湯,顏色係淡淡地嘅黃色,味道比較甜,係有南瓜嘅甜味, 而且湯入邊仲有啲蟹肉碎添,增加左湯嘅鮮味。呢個都係頭盤,係鵝肝配藍梅沙律。這個鵝肝很甘香肥美,配多士一齊食,外脆內軟又香口。另外藍梅酸酸甜甜,而且沙律已經落咗醋,味道都係酸酸甜甜,很開胃呢!主菜方面,叫咗個黑松露帶子意大利飯。帶子煎得很香很鮮甜,飯粒鬆軟有口感,更加帶有黑松露嘅香味,不過份量就比較少。跟住呢個係西班牙豬肋骨,分量非常之大,應該有30 cm長。整個豬肋骨非常之香,廚房預先幫我地切開咗少少,所以我哋可以更加容易去切。不過呢個豬肋肉非常之軟熟,輕輕一切就可以切開。味道有少少番茄汁味,所以酸酸甜甜咁。另
