星星、月亮、太陽,讓人想起7、80年代的文藝電影。回到現實世界,灣仔也有着以星星、月亮命名的街道,而在我的美食手記裏,但凡落户於此的,都是不一樣的存在,例如這家Maison Es。對於Maison ES的評價,是眾說紛紜,從外觀來說它是港女得可以,就價位而言是貴婦的離地,只是從美食角度去看,Maison ES是有其特色之處,或融入中式元素、或帶出家的味道,是外內兼備的法式餐廳。頭盤是Kagoshima Chuck Rib Tartare ($268),和牛他他配以日本小海膽,以薄脆伴吃是滑不溜口的鮮味。Foie Gras Spring Roll($228)會是鵝肝迷之選,春卷外皮細薄,有手工的細膩,很有家常的氣息。細嫩鵝肝內餡配搭也妙,那滿餡的口感十分好吃。另一道Langoustine chopped, tossed with XO Sauce ($258)頗有驚喜,天使麵配以海螯蝦肉、三文魚籽、中式蝦籽,加上干邑更能帶出海鮮的味道,很有特色的法日融合菜,只嫌那頭盤的份量太迷你了。主菜Hairy Crab Linguine($380)主角是我很愛的大閘蟹,很懷念在上海吃到的滋味呢!既是

主菜Hairy Crab Linguine($380)主角是我很愛的大閘蟹,很懷念在上海吃到的滋味呢!既是法式料理,自然是以「斯文」的方式吃蟹吧,那就是生拆蟹粉的方式,再以海膽、菜苗、浙醋來潤飾,雖然蟹隠於其中,但那霸道的蟹香、蟹黃的鮮甜已融於麵條當中。

甜品Chestnut Prée served with Charcoal Chiffon Cake($108),栗子、蜜餞生薑、可可是十分諧協的組合,特別欣賞可可雪糕和木炭蛋糕,前者細滑後者輕軟,份量剛好很適合嗜甜又怕胖的女生,至於Coffee French Toast($108)也得到友人的好評。

之前來過吃下午茶,已是鍾情於這家的骨瓷茶具。Elderflower Latte($55)缀以食用鮮花,花花紙飲管營造少女氣息,接骨木花蜜香輕淡,咖啡是濃淡得宜。

每次來到Maison ES,總會不自覺的放慢腳步,如此氣氛下與好友侃侃而談總是美事,惟獨是那「法式」的慢悠悠上菜速度,對繁忙都市人而言,會是場耐力的考驗吧。
