To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工作唔如意又煩惱, 最好既解決方法就係去飽餐一頓.最起碼令到自己個肚滿足先.同友人來到太子酒店既ADD食晚餐BUFFET,食物選擇都算種類繁多, 冷盤海鮮以長腳蟹最得我歡心, 蟹肉鮮甜肥美. 另外翡翠螺同樣大隻好回味.至於其他冷盤如冷麵, 日式小食及壽司只屬一般貨式不太吸引.熱食當中以炒蟹我食得最多, 大大隻原隻炒蟹, 又多膏肉夠鮮, 這一個熱盤最受歡迎. 另外羊架都做得出色, 燒得外皮脆肉質嫩.最後就主攻我至愛既甜品區域, 雪糕用上MOVENPICK重奶味不是我杯茶, 反而最普通既意大利芝士餅岩晒我口味帶少少咖啡味道夠滑夠濃.另外NEW YORK芝士餅亦做得細膩滑流.大致上食物以海鮮夠新鮮討得我歡心, 唯一失望就係甜品選擇唔算多好.以每人三百多元來講, 出面有更好既選擇.

同友人來到太子酒店既ADD食晚餐BUFFET,

食物選擇都算種類繁多, 冷盤海鮮以長腳蟹最得我歡心, 蟹肉鮮甜肥美. 另外翡翠螺同樣大隻好回味.

至於其他冷盤如冷麵, 日式小食及壽司只屬一般貨式不太吸引.

熱食當中以炒蟹我食得最多, 大大隻原隻炒蟹, 又多膏肉夠鮮, 這一個熱盤最受歡迎. 另外羊架都做得出色, 燒得外皮脆肉質嫩.
