To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慶生飯局當然離唔開一班人打邊爐啦,每年都會嚟長沙灣哩間大煲皇開間房,今晚叫咗兩個湯底,蕃茄薯仔牛腩煱$128、另一個係升級魚翅煱$398,魚翅煱職員會先上魚翅湯每人一碗,跟住會加湯打邊爐,但老實講如果唔係有最低消費,我寧願叫兩個最平嘅湯底,因為真係唔係有咩咁特別好味,或者叫個雞煲食都好。未開飯之前,我哋叫咗兩個小食,脆炸魚片頭$68呢個真心推介,佢配左一個我估係佢哋自己整嘅辣醬,相當惹味、另外一個冰鎮辣味魷魚$88,可能我哋送啤酒多,所以呢兩款小食,好快清晒😂,主食我哋叫咗兩碟手切肥牛$328,牛味係好濃,係略嫌切得有啲細塊,影響口感。由於叫咗太多配料不能盡錄,整體感覺普通,如果食到呢個價錢,我覺得仲有好多其他選擇🤗
