今日一班老友同我一齊慶生日,之前食來食去都係啲放題同打邊爐,佢地話想試下啲另類啲,就嚟試咗呢間,角落三十二,名符其實,舖頭比較細少,但望落去就好溫馨。呢間餐廳係食burger的。我地首先就叫咗個炸薯條,大開個胃先,薯條外層炸好香脆,入裡的薯肉就好滑~正然後就係德國咸豬手黑椒忌廉汁燴意粉,餐牌寫著係有啲辣,我係超鐘意食辣的,其實呢種辣係黑椒既辣,果然呢種黑椒既辣,係好好食。而個醬汁都是經過廚師diy。我之前都唔知黑椒都可以咁辣的,但係個汁將黑椒的辣味充份表現出嚟。﹗普羅旺斯慢煮豬脾仔配蕃茄釀意大利飯及焗香蒜,呢個都係廚師推界,豬仔脾仲可以保留原來的肉香,而且肉質唔硬,配合蕃茄醬汁味道,爽,,無諗過蕃茄醬汁係咁正;蕃茄釀意大利飯都唔差。

普羅旺斯慢煮豬脾仔配蕃茄釀意大利飯及焗香蒜,呢個都係廚師推界,豬仔脾仲可以保留原來的肉香,而且肉質唔硬,配合蕃茄醬汁味道,爽,,無諗過蕃茄醬汁係咁正;蕃茄釀意大利飯都唔差。
