為朋友慶生而選了Attic Handmade Pasta,看相片覺得餐廳的環境不錯啊!平日來晚飯,餐廳的入座率不高,7pm來到的我們是晚市的第一枱客,可以拍一拍照才開始點餐。點了兩份不同價錢的3-Course Dinner Set Menu,分別是$488及$388的餐,3道菜是餐湯、前菜及主食。點餐後,侍應先送上一盤麵包及餐前小吃。微暖的麵包有3款,方形那款是蕃茄麵包,由於本人不吃蕃茄而沒嚐,朋友說味道不錯。圓形的軟包富牛油香,長形的那款是法包口感,適合蘸湯吃~餐前小吃是煙三文魚忌廉芝士脆餅,煙三文魚鹹香,底下墊有忌廉芝士及脆餅,口感豐富得來又不覺膩。是日餐湯為椰菜花忌廉湯,味道香滑,加入少量脆麵包粒,增添口感!先介紹一下$388那份餐,前菜選了法國鵝肝慕絲那款,但侍應落錯單,所以我們多了法式鴨髀肉肝醬批可吃。法式鴨髀肉肝醬批,熱烘烘的上桌,切開酥皮面後,鴨香四溢,肉肝醬中混有一絲絲鴨髀肉,作為前菜,味道不會太濃,幾好食!法國鵝肝慕絲伴無花果啫喱、焦糖無花果及焦糖榛子,凍食的鵝肝,將鵝肝製慕絲質感,中間夾著無花果啫喱,入口軟滑即化,帶有鵝肝香,無花果啫喱有助進食時不覺得膩。焦糖無花果

海膽醬手打意粉,配料有海葡萄及烏魚子,意粉面層鋪有一片片的鮮甜海膽。沾滿意粉的海膽醬濃稠,每一口都充滿海膽味!加上海葡萄及烏魚子,增加一點爽脆口感之餘,亦在海膽味中滲入微微鹹香,令人感覺沒那麼膩滯!

食物與飲品的質素不錯,只有一道菜的味道偏鹹,也許是不太適應這種卡邦尼的食法~~綜合來說,都算滿意這次的用餐啊!
