To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日一定要食一餐正嘅,知道朋友追求新鮮高質食材,便選了去吃雞煲,熱熱鬧鬧食一餐。我地點了蟲草花野生竹笙花膠濃湯鷄煲 (大煲,整隻新鮮鷄連雞雜) ,呢度可以加錢轉新鮮雞,記得book枱時講定。呢個湯因為用新鮮雞去熬製,所以個湯煲起候記得要先飲,我哋每一個人飲嘅時候都不斷讚實在太新鮮啦!另外個竹笙非常之大條食落去索索聲,花膠係唔可以錯過嘅!如果好鍾意食竹笙一定要嗌。之後嗌了小食:脆皮牛腩 、麻辣墨魚鬚 、椒鹽鮑魚。麻辣墨魚鬚選了微辣,食落彈牙爽口,脆皮牛腩香氣四溢,食落牛油香重。椒鹽鮑魚大大隻新鮮彈牙。火鍋料就嗌了極品肥牛拼龍躉片(大)+送新鮮蔬菜一份,頂級牛筋丸拼頂級墨魚丸,炸魚皮,極品肥牛淥8秒就食得,口感極好。龍躉片十分新鮮!飲品就嗌了咸檸檬七喜和菠蘿冰
