To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前都食過旺角分店，今次適逢同朋友慶祝生日，就過咗嚟尖沙咀分店餐廳位於尖沙咀同佐敦中間，位置有少少偏僻，但其實附近係韓國食街好熱鬧。餐廳裝修都幾靚，仲有個Tiffany Blue嘅吧枱。首先上咗麵包，麵包外脆內軟海膽多士，上面件海膽好大件，食落都好鮮甜香草牛油烤龍蝦意粉，有半隻龍蝦，新鮮彈牙，意粉都算有咬口同掛汁，配上蕃茄醬，唯一覺得蕃茄醬同龍蝦有少少唔算太夾Iberia Pork Rack 賣相幾靚，豬扒煎至七成熟，溫度都算拿捏得幾好，裏面仲有微微粉紅色，豬扒厚切而且食落都嫩滑，旁邊仲有車厘茄蘆筍、蒜蓉、焗薯等等嘅配菜帶子海膽意大利飯，帶子大粒厚肉，海膽亦都鮮甜，配埋creamy嘅意大利飯一齊食成個配搭都幾鮮甜同幾襯甜品我哋就叫咗伯爵茶熱情果朱古力榛子脆，加咗榛子脆同朱古力粒粒食落都幾有口感，朱古力同伯爵茶都幾襯，不過個人覺得熱情果唔算太融合到落個蛋糕嘅味。烏龍茶青蘋果慕絲蛋糕個樣好得意，真係一個青蘋果形狀食到淡淡嘅烏龍茶加青蘋果味，裏面仲有少少用蘋果做嘅餡料，層次唔錯同幾refreshing。適逢朋友生日叫佢準備埋生日祝福喺甜品上面，decor同啲字寫得超靚，而且側邊仲放咗用沙做嘅
