To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想當初同某君慶祝第一年既時候出左去cwb既元氣食形式上第二年梗係要去返元氣啦不過我點都唔會再去柴灣個間架啦d魚生血水多到呢~d軟殼蟹真係軟到呢....油到呢....檸檬都救唔到佢見食評話太古冇咩人唔駛點等位近近地就食呢間啦七點左右去到點解多人到咁既等左半個鐘到四十五分鐘左右先有得入去不過坐卡位要同人share有d唔自在人地咬耳仔我地又要咬耳仔講返d食物又真係幾新鮮吞拿魚真係幾好味不過出乎意料既係三文魚子同軟殼蟹估唔到佢d三文魚子咬落幾有口感呀某君佢大讚軟殼蟹真係脆架!少少油避免唔到一分錢一分貨呀但係我都接受到第一次試佢既芝士蛋糕濃濃既芝士味一試愛上了好啦~~~太古元氣~我會再黎架

不過出乎意料既係三文魚子同軟殼蟹
估唔到佢d三文魚子咬落幾有口感
呀某君佢大讚

軟殼蟹真係脆架!
少少油避免唔到
一分錢一分貨呀
但係我都接受到
第一次試佢既芝士蛋糕
濃濃既芝士味
一試愛上了

好啦~~~太古元氣~我會再黎架
