由於今日係本人哥哥嘅農曆生日,所以我們一家四口今日嘅慶祝活動第一站係去「皇庭匯」旺角店飲下午茶!喺點心紙度見到有新款點心推出咗,所以我們叫咗皇庭匯蝦餃皇,今次嘅蝦餃非常飽滿,比以前嘅大粒咗好多,起碼3-4粒嘅蝦肉,肉質超爽甜彈牙!原隻鮑魚燒賣皇嘅嘅燒賣超大粒,爽滑彈牙,肉汁相當多,鮑魚好鮮味爽滑!黑松露帶子餃嘅餃皮好煙煙韌韌,帶子嘅肉質好鮮味嫩滑!脆皮叉燒包頂層脆皮好香甜酥脆,包質相當軟熟,叉燒嘅蜜汁味好香甜!川芎白芷燉魚雲係新鮮即叫即燉,湯底超鮮味濃郁,魚雲極之鮮甜嫩滑,而且份量相當多,都祇係賣$24.8,真係非常抵食!杏片炸鮮奶係用香脆薄身嘅杏片,包著香甜軟滑嘅鮮奶,真係好好味,而且味道唔會過甜,最適合我們呢啲鍾意食甜點,但又怕肥嘅女士們!
