好姊妹同我慶生,話說我bookmark左呢個地方好耐,今次終於可以試下喇!呢度環境夠晒寧靜舒適,而且都幾有情調,啱晒d情侶黎慶祝生日/紀念日 (雖然我唔係XD)。相信黎得呢度,都會必試招牌蟹餅。一般蟹餅都混入左麵粉,呢度就用料十足,食落啖啖蟹肉,味道仲好鮮甜,加埋d洋蔥香噴噴,好想一個人食晒佢 lol我地仲試左個鵝肝兩食嘅頭盤,一個係凍食,應該係用酒浸過,食落甘香醇厚,配埋醃過嘅洋蔥,放喺脆脆嘅麵包上面,so yum! 而另一個就係煎鵝肝,配埋caramel pineapple,多左份果香,放喺甜甜地嘅麵包上面,係晚餐完美嘅序幕!主菜方面,我地點左Iberico Pork Chop,佢d食材真係唔錯,塊豬燒得啱啱好,食落充滿肉香,個汁加左荔枝去煮,配搭幾特別,唔會好甜,味道幾討好。旁邊嘅配菜都唔馬虎,特別係d蘆荀,好鮮嫩多汁。另外,我地仲點左Seafood Fettuccine,幾樣海鮮入面我最鍾意帶子,因為只係輕輕煎過,食落好軟熟又鮮甜;虎蝦大大隻,肉質爽彈,夠新鮮,都好正;個斑就淡口d,不過都幾滑,唔會好乾;寬條麵掛上用蝦煮成嘅汁,鮮味十足!最後,我地當然用左另一個胃去試甜品啦 X

最後,我地當然用左另一個胃去試甜品啦 XD 個自家製嘅Banoffee Pie 果然冇令人失望,香蕉味濃,d cream好香滑!我因為唔知個pie咁大件,仲叫多左個甜品...但味道都係咁令人難忘,原來用核桃整嘅雪糕係咁好味架~焦糖燉蛋用左好多雲喱拿籽去焗,夠晒香。
