兩個月內再次到訪這間酒店餐廳，竟然又坐在門口屏風後的位置，感覺還好。今次點了三道菜，五香脆皮素鵝、蘆筍油泡星斑球、鬼馬咕嚕肉。素鵝的口感比較豐富，其實和鵝沒有關係。星斑維持了一貫的水準，大大塊的魚肉很有鮮味。最驚喜的是咕嚕肉，一半是平常的做法，另一半是用油炸鬼包着蝦餃做的。白飯有點太乾，前菜橙汁南瓜和甜品椰汁糕、果仁餅是送的。另外有在酒店餅店買的雜莓忌廉生日蛋糕，口感香滑，合乎預期，不明白為什麼餐廳不能幫我預訂。祝你生日快樂。
