由於阿姨同表弟都係同一個月生日,所以七姨丈特意約咗我們今晚一齊喺天水圍嘉湖銀座嘅「彩逸皇宮」食晚飯慶祝!我們叫咗川貝海底椰甘荀燉鷄嘅湯料好足料豐富,味道非常清甜香濃,因有海底椰,所以令到味道更加香甜!泰皇醬烤骨嘅肉質相當爽滑鬆軟,酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁非常惹味醒胃!高湯焗美國龍蝦「伊麵底」嘅肉質相當爽甜彈牙,高湯芡汁令到味道更加鮮甜,伊麵嘅麵質好爽滑煙韌,唔會好腍身!脆皮燒鵝皇嘅皮燒得都幾香脆,肉質亦都幾鬆軟!因阿姨比較鍾意食炸得好外脆內軟嘅豆腐,所以姨丈就叫咗潮粵拼盤同金裝拼盤,除咗炸豆腐之外,仲有嫩滑嘅白切鷄、香甜鬆化嘅叉燒、爽脆清新嘅青瓜同酥脆嘅燒腩仔!清蒸海西沙珍珠斑蒸得好嫩滑同好新鮮,而且時間火候亦控制得啱啱好!野生深海西沙金尾大龍躉兩味:碧綠炒球嘅肉質好結實彈牙,而且份量都幾多幾足料!清蒸斑頭腩嘅肉質好滑溜,魚皮嘅質感相當煙韌彈牙,而且有好豐富嘅骨膠原!蒜蓉蒸日本大元貝嘅肉質好鮮甜彈牙,舖面嘅粉絲吸收晒惹味嘅蒜蓉同鮮甜嘅元貝汁,真係好正呀!蒜蓉炒油麥菜同蒜蓉炒芥蘭分別係原片撕開同切成一片片,而唔係一棵上,咁樣都幾好,最啱貪靚嘅女士們同小朋友食,感覺都幾細心!
