To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 湯底除了沙嗲香外還品嚐到陣陣花生醬味,令花生味更突出,口感帶沙沙多添了一份層次感。內裡材料簡單只有花膠與豆卜,花膠每片大塊完整,大約有3-4片,豆卜充分吸取了花生沙嗲湯,更能仔細地嚐到湯底味道

脂肪分佈雖不平均但總算佈滿整片牛肉,令肉質在嚼勁中可帶點軟腍,加上沙嗲濃度剛好令牛肉更惹味同時不會蓋過淡淡牛肉味

兩者於打邊爐中是我倆不可缺少的食材,炸魚片脆身不會有雪過變軟變煙韌的情況,來貨響鈴雖沒有即炸般熱燙鬆脆,但浸軟後總算腍身無渣帶少許豆香

愛吃貢丸通常是喜歡丸中粒粒香菇及陣陣菇香,雖然丸內未有發現菇粒,菇味亦不突出,但卻有著濃郁的粟米香,還藏著3-4顆粟米在內,應該稱為「玉米豬肉丸」會較為貼切

突然發覺自己是個愛吃吸湯底食材之人,小洞如蜂巢能盡情地吸取湯底精神,該蜂巢豆腐之蜂巢藏於豆腐中而非整件均蜂巢,雖然吸湯能力相對較弱,但咬下時湯汁湧出量仍不乏,而蜂巢質感更為豆腐更添不少煙韌口感

白魚旦包裹著豬肉餡料,味道淡然不會過於鹹濃,害怕燙口及弄污衣物的我小心翼翼咬下,也逃不過湯汁四濺的情況,特別喜愛內裡豬肉不會太鹹太油,能夠吃出豬肉香時又不會蓋過沙嗲味,又不會令湯汁過於油膩

香港飲食選擇甚多,吃味道固然重要,但吃風味可憶舊事,看裝潢可念舊物。四周事物雖不屬我年代之物,
