To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Right thing serves the right person. 這是我一直相信的。對喜歡吃的人, 一頓好吃的比一個LV Mirror更吸引。難得你主動的要求吃創發, 我當然奉陪, 當然知道其實係你知我想吃好耐啦。兩個人在龍城, 買了臭腐乳及橄欖菜, 施施然去創發吃潮菜。被發落的門口位, 有兩碟唔知放了多久的腌菜, 我就不敢掂喇。在門口打冷檔望了兩眼, 決定要潮式春菜, 鹵水鵝腸拼鵝肝及水瓜烙, 之後的邊吃邊叫。春菜味道十分好, 很香, 也炆得入味。創發的鹵水真的不得了, 甘香味美, 可惜鵝腸有少少化學味, 過脆了, 鵝肝就夠甘香, 一讚。其後叫了煎牙帶魚及重皮蟹兩隻。煎牙帶硬了多少; 而重皮蟹的羔很香, 很好吃。最後想吃反沙芋, 垂不知老細已預備好四件。反沙芋甜甜的幾好吃, 可是太飽, 只吃得下一件。創發不愧為主港最好的潮菜館。最欣賞是其不開天殺價, 不像我以往吃過幾家所謂"正"的潮菜館。
