提早放工又臨近晚飯時間, 相約住將軍澳嘅丫姨一齊dinner, 佢提議去將中一間較有人氣, 每次經過都幾乎座無虛席嘅日本餐廳「漁釧」食Dinner。餐廳環境裝修以木為主, 感覺很有日本居酒屋style。主打日本料理, 包括有刺身、壽司、燒物、串燒、丼飯、拉麵、沙律小食等等...款式選擇多。三文魚腩刺身: 很厚切, 魚質爽彈, 充滿魚油香。 煙燻油甘魚: 上檯時開蓋, 隨小小煙霧, 散發著陣陣煙燻香, 油甘魚近側邊位燻至3成熟, 整體依然keep到刺身口感, 味道鮮香。足量香蔥吞拿魚腩卷: 每件卷物中都有一小卡青瓜, 面層放了充滿魚香嘅吞拿魚腩蓉, 同埋些少香蔥, 整件入口, 魚鮮味依然突出。唐揚雞軟骨: 炸皮脆而不油, 很爽脆, 點沙律醬食, 送酒岩哂!燒豚肉蘋果串: 豚肉包住爽脆清甜蘋果, 豚肉兩面燒至金黃, 雖然質地唔嫩, 但蘋果平衡到豚肉嘅肉味。鐵板牛舌: 薄切牛舌偏有少少口感, 配上鹹甜汁醬同埋索咗汁嘅洋蔥。海蝦天婦羅: 炸皮唔夠香脆, 但唔油, 入面隻蝦微爽唔夠肥美, 鮮味亦唔太出。栗米天婦羅: 同樣炸皮偏林, 栗米粒密集式炸成餅狀, 每啖都食到層次豐富兼清甜嘅粟米粒。鐵板牛
