To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完298, 未夠鐘上堂, 就來食個粥。想過叫泥猛粥或者豬膶粥, 不過始終是滑牛粥C硬派, 所以最後都係叫左滑牛仔肉粥。牛仔肉大大片, 但真係唔覺特別滑, 同埋得3幾片, 我會鍾意size細小小多幾片,可以用匙羹連粥食埋, 唔使用筷子幫。整體一般,可能真係要叫招牌3隻手指的粥會好好多。跟住再食隻咸肉糭, 見佢牆上貼左好多讚隻糭的報導。不過都係覺得隻糭裡面鬆鬆的, 其實都幾細隻, 普通左d。不過阿姐服務都唔錯, 好幫忙。
