To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懲罰黃店系列: 老老實實豬扒麵

位於西營盤嘅金祥排骨麵，我細細個就聽過佢個名，讀大學個陣成日落泥食，不過畢業後已經無去過。今日正值中學嘅lunch time，店外有長長嘅人龍，都係學生同上班人士。入到去，幾年都無變過，一樣有親切感，老闆落手落腳，話不多，但好有禮貌又親切咁招呼客人。豬扒雲吞上海麵係每次必嗌嘅指定動作，lunch仲包每日新鮮製造無防腐劑嘅豆漿或者自家製菊花茶。話佢老老實實，因為十年如一日，足料嘅大大隻白菜豬肉上海雲吞，加兩條白菜，上海麵，仲有即叫即炸嘅豬扒，新鮮有heart，用心做嘅食物係特別好食，實實在在，好有親切感。另外，老闆同招牌豬扒一樣，黃到發金。五十蚊唔洗，有一個好食，用心做，老字號，有親切感又有良知嘅午餐，what more can I ask for?
