To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午當然要吃一頓好的，好好獎勵一下自己，為放假前夕做好預備的工作！前菜 韓式凍豆腐幾片豆香濃鬱而且滑漏的凍豆腐鋪在新鮮的沙律菜上面，再淋上微辣的醬汁，清新又開胃。主菜 法式燒羊架配車厘茄忌廉汁薯仔淡淡的膻味，火候控制得剛好，外香內軟，肉細嫩而多汁。鬆軟的薯塊被香濃的忌廉汁包圍著，口感柔韌，薯香撲鼻，餘味無窮。餐飲 熱奶茶普通的紅茶包配淡奶，不過不失。愉快且滿足的一頓午餐，為炎炎夏日添上一絲色彩
