周末突然想食餃子,黎到北角堡壘街附近搵食其實我地成日都幫襯餃子源,因為以茴香、西洋菜、牛肉、羊肉等配料去做餃子,一般屋企都會嫌麻煩,或者未必買到靚嘅 次次黎都必食水煮茴香味嘅餃子,因為香味獨特,但係偏偏未試煎嘅.... 點知一試,就中伏了!煎完嘅餃子好油,完全蓋過哂茴香嘅香味(建議水煮會比較好)另外,叫左一客西洋菜豬肉,係上述嘅錯誤配搭之下,今次嘅西洋菜餃突顯左佢嘅清新爽甜感覺,Eat Fresh 「餃」後感就係... 以後呢餃子源食餃都一定食烚餃
