疫情期間,好多人都同我一樣好掛住家鄉~日本!我同老伴最鐘意去大阪,去親道頓堀都一定會食御好燒(其實我以為叫大阪燒)!咁啱要去康怡買嘢,就順便食個快dinner 懷念一下日本的味道啦!平日嘅晚上唔係太多人,疫情關係都有塊版隔住傍邊張枱,不過枱與枱之間距離比較近。隔左好過冇隔咁囉。 至於店員態度好好,由我地落單到煮御好燒都自動過黎幫手煮同教我地!讚!道頓崛特選御好燒 $108  ( 蝦🦐,魷魚🦑,豬肉,八爪魚🐙+拉麵🍜 雞蛋🥚)  呢款比較複雜,要先炒一炒個拉麵,跟住落哂全部材料,整好個型。一共要反兩次,每次5分鐘,一共15分鐘,最後要開蛋(即係煎蛋再放個大阪燒上去),好彩唔係我自己整,有店員幫手!店員仲教埋拉花!好靚又好味! 另外點了肉類精選 $88 有豬肉及牛,唔知點解唔記得左影相,煮法一樣係咁煎,每邊5分鐘。呢個自己都識燒!好味!
