To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶咗男朋友去咗一間我一直都好想去嘅米之蓮餐廳😍裝修以古典風格的柚木地板,配襯東方地氈同彩色玻璃,非常之有特色😍感覺自身如舊上海一樣🔸餐前小食-琥珀合桃呢個合桃食到停唔口,炒得非常香口同脆口,甜到啱啱好🔷花膠竹笙灌湯餃呢個係必食之一,差唔多見到每一枱都會有一盅🤤個湯底好鮮甜😍餃裡入面都注滿左湯🤤餃入邊材料好豐富😍🤤有啲冬菇粒,火腿粒😜而且仲有一大舊花膠同竹笙係湯底度😉真係正◽️蟹肉小籠包皮薄餡靚😉湯汁够多,肉饀係係蟹肉,鮮味十足◼️桂花燒乳鴿燒到皮脆肉嫩,而非常juicy 🤩乳鴿外皮有陣桂花香☺️個醬都係用桂花整成😘🔻天府明蝦球𧎚球爽口彈牙,非常有蝦味,個醬汁辣辣地入常入味🎉
