To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從上一次喺黃大仙食完上海野之後，已經好耐冇再食上海野。今次我哋係工作環境附近搵到一間上海餐店，裏面最出名嘅係餃子！非常之適合我哋兩個。我哋一嚟就點左一個上海嘅砂鍋雲吞雞，材料十分之豐富！有差唔多大半隻雞，之後有六粒左右嘅雲吞。重點係雞湯味非常之濃郁。之後我哋重叫左一個一人套餐，裏面包括嘅上海春卷，呢個春卷可圈可點，不過不失。然之後就到上海其中一道上海名菜獅子頭，呢個獅子頭嘅做法同其他唔同，呢一個係比較水嘅，出嚟嘅效果亦都十分之好味，味道比較淡一啲🤤同埋最後就係有麻醬同埋辣辣地嘅擔擔麵，呢個係我哋最鍾意食嘅上海麵，可以話係講必食！
