To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家家樂唔記得食左第幾次, 次次都食下午茶, 最鐘意佢嘅薯條, 凍檸茶, 炸雞脾, 好old school 嘅下午茶, 講真, 唔係長洲人介紹, 我唔會去試, 因為門面都係舊式唔起眼, 又唔會無啦啦搵到呢到不過水準方面就有d參差, 有時好好食, 有時又一般, 今次嘅檸茶已經叫少甜少冰, 但覺得仲係好甜, 後來要換返, 茶味算係香濃, 唔澀口。 沙律有羅白, 西芹, 薯仔果d, 醬汁唔會好多, 岩岩好包住d蔬菜, 唔知點解 ,我覺得幾好食, 有時呢d普通沙律仲正過餐廳嘅凱撒沙律, 又夠飽肚又有咬口。炸雞脾呢家野真係.....撞手神, 今次都可以, 皮脆, 肉就少少略嫌佢乾左dd, 但整幾入味, 起碼唔係死咸為左支持一下街坊小店,要比個笑臉, 希望佢可以keep 住水準啦, 唔好令我們失望
