To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懷舊冰室

上星期同朋友講起外國遊客都好鍾意去上環行吓啲懷舊嘅地方，例如摩囉街，但其實我都未去過，所以即刻叫朋友今日帶我去行下。原來上環有好多特色食店，行行下見到有一座好sharp的建築物，大大個招牌寫住南洋冰室，有種好懷舊的感覺，就吸引左我地入去。食店裝修懷舊中帶點現代感，好乾淨，店員都好nice，真係冰室的價錢，餐廳嘅服務。食物味道都好好，咖吔多士甜度適中，新鮮整起熱辣辣👍特色豬扒脆豬包個醬汁好味，包皮又脆脆地！泰式香葉肉碎生菜包，唔油膩，碎肉豆角等加埋生菜一齊食感覺清新😋，值得一試。套餐奉送熱飲，咖啡奶茶幼滑，另外$15可以加油菜。
