讀書時期成日都喜歡lunch 去食依間粉仔,趁今日經過買番碗回味下除咗粉仔之外仲有好多小食,價錢又平這粉仔係自家製,質感細滑,也帶煙韌。粉的形態介乎烏冬,上海粗炒之間,咬落淋身,而湯底有濃郁有菌香和蝦米鹹香。雖然是下欄野,但也是大衆化的香港味道,配上自家製辣菜脯,香辣又過癮

這粉仔係自家製,質感細滑,也帶煙韌。
