今日去開銅鑼灣、灣仔,聽聞樓下火鍋飯店啲嘢幾好食,所以特登嚟試下打邊爐,我哋叫咗胡椒豬肚雞湯做湯底,個湯好鮮甜,入面啲豬肚又多,同埋啲雞都好滑,個湯底冇叫錯。我哋另外叫咗大嘅手切本地肥牛、墨魚丸、牛脷托、桂花蚌、脆鯇魚片,同埋紅薯粉,仲有紫菜炸響鈴。個紫菜炸響鈴真係好味,放落個湯底度焯大概三至五秒食最啱,中間個紫菜可能吸咗啲雞湯嘅味特別鮮甜,大嘅手切肥牛就好有牛味而且賣相亦都好精緻,牛利托我覺得係必食之選,鍾意食牛嘅朋友一定要叫,而脆鯇魚片亦值得推介,每片都切得大細一樣,而且冇骨,最緊要就係夠新鮮,桂花蚌同埋墨魚丸亦食得出好有海鮮嘅鮮味,而且份量都畀得好足,食到我都飽曬,最後嘅紅薯粉入面有成五至六碗,亦都係十分抵食,擺落湯底度浸大概三分鐘其實已經食得。又係好滿足好飽嘅一夜,下次同朋友聚會食飯我會再嚟樓下火鍋,因為最緊要佢哋地方夠大,同埋枱同枱之間亦都好有空間,唔會有壓迫感。
