樓下裝修同樣保持懷舊風格,光線是合適的偏暗,加上輕微的紅射燈,用鐵閘圍住不同嘅房間,地板也是配合一貫的風格,用了細格子的樣式。

P.S.連洗手間的地板都是細格子樣式及洗手的水龍頭都是水管模樣。

一直都好鍾意打邊爐~ 所以成日都四出試吓啲新嘅火鍋店~樓下火鍋,其實已經唔新食過好多次,但真係好好味👍🏻佢裝修好有懷舊氣息~打卡一流😂必點紫菜,吃到一半加入紫菜,立刻變成另一種湯頭,目前試過花雕雞、胡椒豬肚、芫荽皮蛋豆腐,都非常搭配 ~另外小菜必點椒鹽粟米超級好吃,椒鹽帶出粟米粟米的甜味,特別又好吃!椒鹽九肚魚、椒鹽豆腐也很不錯,但係都係覺得粟米好食啲~仲有個椒鹽魚頭一樣好食😋所以每次嚟呢幾樣小食都係必叫經常光顧,絕對係真食!

🧂醬料方面都有唔少選擇,不過我一般都係用蒜蓉、辣椒、蔥花、麻油、豉油。簡單做少少調味又唔會太蓋過食材嘅鮮味。如果有時有啲特式醬料都會另外試少少嘅。

🥥清甜椰子雞湯:主要有粟米、椰子同埋雞。近年花膠雞湯大熱,但係食得太多都有啲膩,清清地食椰子雞湯都唔錯

🥩大紅袍牛肉五拼:一次過可以試5款牛肉,不過我最愛嘅都係封門柳

🥚滑牛肉:配一隻生雞蛋,喺其他地方都有試過呢個做法,不過比較少見喺一般鮮牛肉上面

🪿鵝腸:好肥美

🍜粉絲:好多人打邊爐鍾意食公仔麵或者烏冬,我就鍾意食粉絲,比想像中大碟,我影相嗰陣已經係食左少少

🪑座位分佈唔會太密集,枱同枱之間都有足夠空間,唔會太逼。

每一次喺駱克道都會經過呢一間火鍋餐廳,今日終於同朋友收工嚟試吓!我哋就叫左鴛鴦湯底,另外亦都試咗餐廳嘅手切牛肉,雲吞,丸類!手切牛肉,我哋都覺得非常好食,佢嘅肉味非常香濃,而且份量嚟講,我哋都覺得唔算太少,唔使全熟咁樣食非常正,雲吞就每一隻都非常大粒,而且入邊至少有兩隻蝦,非常足料,加埋沙嗲湯底簡直就係正,我同朋友都鍾意呢一個配搭!總括嚟講呢一間餐廳都唔錯,非常適合三五知己一齊食飯,最後再飲埋啤酒,簡直就係正!

去的晚了花胶鸡卖完了,点了椰子鸡,汤超级好喝鸡很嫩玉米很甜,牛肉丸和墨鱼丸都很弹牙,特别表扬接待的小哥还有服务员姐姐(忘了问名字了),人很好很热情,整体用餐氛围巨棒~下次来一定记得提前定位试一下花胶鸡!
