To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信每一個香港人都會吃過燒味,而我就特別喜歡吃四寶飯,因為有4種我都好喜歡吃的配菜,有叉燒、紅腸、雞翼和半隻咸蛋。這次剛下班當然要去找一下東西吃,經過KCC 九龍貿易中心看到有大家樂就進去看餐牌了,最主要的原因是不想走太遠,因為由九龍貿易中心去其他地方覓食會比較遠。看了一會我就點了四寶飯。白飯煮得剛剛好,燒味飯的飯都是用泰國米煮的,也有飯香叉燒沒有過硬,還是燒得嫩嫩的而紅腸加上醬油就很好吃之後是主角咸蛋,把咸蛋弄碎加在白飯上,令淡淡的白飯都有咸蛋香。
