To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一望舖面,不禁想起屹立元朗三十六年但最近已結業之榮興車仔麵,均是粗鄙掔髀坐;速食沒遐想;不求衞生感;枱椅長短腳,放低幾十吃飽鬆人。魚蛋,用陳皮魚蛋;腸粉,來料質地可,但醬沒自由添,沒達致「水浸」程度,有點心有不甘。熱合桃糊$25有點粗粒,同時有點結塊不均勻,未知是自磨還是現成合桃粉開水,第一口核桃香甜,愈吃下去帶點酸,卻非變壞的酸餿,是味道後勁不繼。串牛膀牛肺、串魷魚、串牛柏葉,每串$8,$20三串,以剛吃晚餐八九成飽依然覺得好吃本質就不會差。以上種種,埋單$65,是吃舊香港街頭無牌熟食小販檔的味道。
