懷舊好味中菜@戲曲中心第一次嚟戲曲中心,地方好闊落,正中有個木亭,嚟影吓相或者睇表演都幾好。依間遊園茶記嘅菜式充滿懷舊元素,但係餐廳嘅壁畫頗有型有款!燒味可以雙拼,揀咗招牌蜜汁叉燒同化皮燒腩仔,就咁睇已經覺得正。燒腩仔肥瘦得宜,塊皮真係非常趣卜卜。招牌蜜汁叉燒不愧係招牌,蜜汁甜而不膩,外皮燒得焦香。叉燒帶少少脂肪,鬆軟但不失咬口。滷水獅頭鵝片刀工都唔錯,獅頭鵝大隻啲,切成一片片啖啖肉,肉質結實。無骨滷水豬手好爽口彈牙,而且無骨容易食好多。潮汕滷水汁顏色有光澤,藥材味無咁重,將鵝件同豬手滷得入味。依度嘅飲品十分有特色,話梅陳皮梳打鹹鹹酸酸,飲嘅時候飲到陳皮碎塊,加上梳打強勁嘅氣泡,口感豐富有層次。菠蘿冰唔係好似舊式茶餐廳咁得啲罐頭菠蘿味,真係有菠蘿嘅酸甜味道。係依種寒冷嘅天氣,食煲仔飯就適合不過喇!煲仔飯當然要以瓦煲熱騰騰咁上,飯粒粒粒分明,夾雜咗蔥粒同芫荽好香口,黃鱔鮮美肉厚~燉湯好足料喎,材料好滋補,雪蓮子同蟲草花都係補肺腎嘅食材呢。用竹絲雞煲嘅湯唔油膩,清潤又健康!生蠔係大隻嘅桶蠔,蠔身大隻飽滿多肉。脆炸之後外脆內軟,最外圍嘅自家製桂花醬好清甜,重灑咗啲桂花乾喺面~豬排幾軟腍,椒鹽
