以慢煮西餐為題,平時成日係樓下經過,都唔知原來呢到有間咁隱世既"懷舊平民高質健康慢煮意大利菜餐廳",難得今日朋友帶路,緊係要留下D腳毛係一個工業大樓嘅樓上餐廳,餐廳一D都唔起眼。唔知入面係點嫁呢...留意返佢地既開餐時間係7點鐘,最早可以6:30到,如果太早既話都可以係樓下行陣街嫁一推開門,已經覺得好神秘,滿分期待呀一入到去餐廳,估唔到設計係幾懷舊,但唔好好似普通茶記呀~!!!,佢地連食咩用咩餐具,上菜先後都有安排,所以唔好睇小佢地既裝修~!裝修帶有懷舊風格,舊式地板,牆身顏色,但牆上掛左D幽默畫作,咁大對比之下令我覺得佢地唔止係一間懷舊意大利餐廳,仲會帶點破格tim~呢到空間感好大,每台都有足夠屬於自己既空間,私密度滿分而已呢個輕鬆又relax既氣氛,岩哂我呢啲有fine dine恐懼症嘅人如果一大班人既話,都冇問題嫁,一樣都可以happy together點解要主打慢煮? 慢煮可以慢慢分解食物既纖維令到食物更鮮嫩 同 保留更多"汁"。所以其實慢煮係高質煮法,小D心機同時間都唔會做得好嫁~!所以黎食野既朋友,要俾多小小時間,慢慢咁享受呢餐飯,包你食過返尋味意大利芝士卷: 青爽,軟滑,

慢煮既健康概念,每碟菜既擺設,都令我覺得好高質好有驚喜。充滿懷舊既裝潢,店員親切專業對待客人,都好有要求。呢個價錢食到咁既質素同服務,有機會真係要同自己重要既人 / 一大班人黎試下
