To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 藥膳鍋近期很熱,我也吃過不少,但肉骨茶鍋做打邊爐湯底,真的是第一次,很特別呢。


這個湯底,完全就是一鍋肉骨茶,連排骨和油炸鬼都有!

而且,湯底味道很濃郁,排骨煲得入味軟腍,更驚喜的是:油炸鬼很脆!


藥膳鍋也不錯,藥材的味道頗濃郁。

兩款湯底雖然本身都有其獨特味道,但卻不會搶了各種食物的鮮味。

基本上,所有配料都是任食的,肉類,丸類,蔬菜,雲吞水餃應有盡有。

這裏的牛肉有肥牛和牛小排,豬肉則是黑豚肉。

單看顏色和花紋已覺得不錯。

無論豬或牛,肉質都頗嫩滑,不會乾。


肥牛油脂較多,會比較肥美,而牛小排則較有肉香,兩者均不錯呢。


叫了太多肉類,其他配料只叫小量已很足夠!

紅豆很軟糯,伴著淡奶和涼粉,味道不錯。


$258的價錢,能有如此質素,可以一試!
