星期六,難得朝早出元朗,就再去以前一食開嘅榮興粥店懷舊一下。舖面睇落好似好唔乾淨,但係開左咁多年我覺得都唔太污糟。我叫左個豬紅粥加油炸鬼,呢個招牌早餐配搭。啲粥煮得好綿好滑,濃濃嘅米香味,真係令我一啖一啖好快咁食。連啲豬紅都好入味,鹹鹹地,唔係係街市買個啲咩味都冇,送粥一流。然後,中式早餐食粥當然要配油炸鬼,榮興啲油炸鬼冇太過油膩的口感,乾爽鬆脆,就咁食又得,浸落啲粥到食又有第二種享受 咁多年都可以維持呢個質素真係唔容易,一讚
