這夜送女朋友回家後。一個人無聊地在大鄰埔中心一帶遊蕩。找個飯吃。竟然給我發現有個傳統的懷舊食物。澳洲穀飼T骨-少年時曾經斷食「牛肉」。因當時社會盛行牛肉重毒素。。但後來本人「還俗」再食返牛肉。到現在依舊不離不棄。最愛係靚牛食3成熟。簡值享受。。近兩年本人比較喜愛肉眼扒。但今晚決定懷舊一番。但少時最愛食T骨牛排。這夜的T骨煮得剛洽好。牛排味更香濃烈。加上特式醬汁更顯得獨特可口。T骨牛排的肉質鮮嫩可口多汁。再加上廚師的手藝。完全恰到好處地剛剛五成熟。
