To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一行五個人到充滿古典氣息的半島酒店中菜部-嘉麟樓享用美味的點心午餐。服務員安排坐位給我們安頓後便上一客琥珀合桃那合桃很是鬆脆美味,不會太過甜而奪去合桃的原本味道跟著便開始美食之旅⋯⋯第一樣是咸水角,味道豐滿但係皮就淋了一點。跟著是很好吃的芋角🥰它是外脆內軟而且是滿滿的芋頭香味,真的Very Good 呀再來是鮑魚撻。真係份量及品質十足,面頭還有金箔,那撻皮是西式帶牛油🧈香味。再來是很矜貴的紅蝦小籠飽,可惜上菜後發覺不太熱,所以找服務員跟進。其後部長立刻通知廚房再做一客,還親身拿回新一客熱噴噴的紅蝦小籠飽。這就是五星級的酒店服務👍👍再上就係叉燒主角,分別是叉燒飽,半肥瘦叉燒全份及叉燒酥。飽是正常好的。叉燒酥就失色了😔而那份叉燒就拿99分,肉質是很好的,只係味道輕了些。其後的和牛餐飽反而味道過濃郁了,而飽身也是較西式口味。最後是焗蟹蓋,它不是西式焗法,不帶洋蔥及忌廉的濃味,反而是中式全統一絲絲滿滿的蟹肉。好吃得不得了呀😗👋🏻這麼豐富的午餐令我們吃不落甜品了😁
