To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近天氣太冷朋友約食飯都會選擇任食火鍋貪啲食物熱辣辣而且可以食住等真的很方便。但是一連食了多間任食火鍋再食也想轉換一下新環境刺激食慾,所以在OpenRice找尋過後看見這間以懷舊為賣點的任食火鍋「火水爐」名字真的很特別不知道打的時候會不會聞到一陣陣的火水味呢😜遠遠看到用霓虹光管做的大字「火水爐」和舊式戲院的海報真的很有懷舊feel不知道食物的水準又如何呢😛我們選了「火水爐安格斯海鮮火鍋任食套餐」每位$258 坐低後服務員立即送上招牌鮑魚麻辣雞煲,這個招牌雞煲真的不錯味道香濃麻辣適中,而且雞肉大大件食落嫩滑是我近來所食過的雞煲中印象較深刻的一個👍🏻食完雞煲當然是主菜火鍋啦,因為朋友喜歡食蟹所以我們選了招牌番茄海鮮蟹鍋再加上跟餐的時令海鮮盤,真的魚蝦蟹蜆花甲蠔樣樣齊,把海鮮放入鍋中,樣樣鮮味都融入當中實在鮮味無窮👏🏻除了海鮮當然還有美國安格斯牛雖然不是手切牛頸脊,但是安格斯牛的質量也不錯,不會太肥有牛肉味食完一碟又一碟。有牛當然有豬啦,西班牙黑毛豬豬肉味濃,不過我還是喜歡牛肉多一點,還有很多火鍋料選擇當中我最喜歡就是他們的炸魚皮炸得非常香脆,而且很薄沒有加入很多粉漿爭食又得放湯又得正。
