To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排天氣咁凍,好想食吓雞煲或打邊爐暖吓身,琴晚試咗呢間火水爐,一次過滿足晒我兩個願望😋仲要$258一位任飲任食超抵食!首先每枱都有一個懷舊港式餐前小食係炸燒賣魚蛋。跟住就會上主角-花膠雞煲,我哋揀左麻辣口味,可揀辣度,雞煲就食得多,但有埋花膠真係第一次食,d花膠大到好似手掌咁大,吸曬雞煲d辣汁,超級入味!d雞件非常滑,2個人都比好多分量。食完雞煲之後可以自選打邊爐湯底,我哋揀咗花生沙嗲湯底,湯底好香好濃郁。$258套餐巳包左每枱一個海鮮拼盤,拼盤有蝦,廣島蠔,沙白蜆,蝦滑,魚片。另外安格斯肥牛可以任叫任食,如果鍾意食牛人士仲可以加$40任食再頂級d嘅肥牛!其他火鍋料同飲品都係任叫,種類都幾多㗎!仲有多款海鮮可以加錢另叫,豐儉由人。食完仲有懷舊甜品送。同埋幾欣賞餐廳嘅懷舊裝修好得意好似返左去70年代咁。店員服務亦好attentive,主動介紹套餐內容,經常換碟加湯好細心。而家出面打邊爐閒閒地都四五佰蚊一位,但呢間火水爐有海鮮,其他嘢又任飲任食都係二百幾,幾抵食會再encore!
