得知老字號華香雞在觀塘開店,星期日我們一班舊同學急不及待約埋去懷舊一下,試試當年出名的華香雞。食店位於工厦,地方都好大,整潔乾淨。店內擺放著多個木盆,原來是智能煲,是老板發明,並申請左專利權,智能煲是用來盛載熱食的食物上枱,可以保存温度,吾會甘快凍。首先來一碗例湯,今天是冬瓜湯,消暑一流!招牌華香雞半隻:用新鮮走地雞做,肉質嫩滑中帶點結實口感,味道帶少許鹹味,配了3個醬汁,沙薑、蔥油、辣醬,味道各有特色。 香煎蠔仔煲:蛋煎至金黃色,口感香脆,蠔仔肉份量不少,洗得乾乾淨淨,冇腥味和碎蠔殼,煎得不油膩,值得一試。薑蔥鱸魚:用智能木盆盛載上枱,食慢D也不會凍,鮮嫩的魚肉沾上蔥油醬汁,原汁原味,十分美味。
