To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老公出左去睇模型,行到街尾就見到間幾懷舊嘅餐廳,睇到餐牌原來係食火鍋,咁老公就話上去睇睇。餐廳在閣樓,上到黎就聽到70-90年代嘅歌。裝修吹懷舊風,全部都係70-80年代老香港擺設,真係幾有風味。餐牌有三款套餐,套餐有好多嘢食,我哋叫左個CEO套餐。飲品:罐裝飲品在外面自取,同樣是任飲。另外仲有特飲,我哋就叫左巨蜂乳酸梳打同青蘋果梳打,夠凍,都幾好飲。前菜:有脆皮午餐肉、椒鹽燒賣同鹽酥雞,剛炸起熱辣辣。午餐肉厚切,夠份量夠脆。燒賣同鹽酥雞味道都好好,好好食。招牌麻辣雞煲:叫左小辣,雞好入味,越食越辣,越食越惹味。招牌濃郁沙嗲湯底:揀左人氣No. 1湯底,沙嗲味道好濃,花生醬味道重,食到有好多花生粒,估唔到旺角都食到咁出色嘅香港沙嗲火鍋。 手切牛肉:有穀飼牛板腱、安格斯三角肩肉、極上牛小排同埋封門柳,每板份量超多,好有睇頭。牛味濃,好有口感,超正。呢度牛肉全部都係高級手切,出面食散叫都起碼幾百蚊一碟,而呢度都係$300~400蚊。任食嘅價錢,食到散叫高質牛切牛肉,真係無得輸。火鍋配料:有爐魚片、雲吞、鴨血、牛柏葉、水魷魚、金菇菜同唐生菜,每款配料新鮮,洗得乾淨,同埋每樣都大大塊。其
