To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我家人最喜歡鑊氣小炒,之前幫襯過喜滿樓幾次,仲有好多款懷舊菜,大人同細路都啱食。今次有點貪心,想食齊兩款招牌雞,所以叫炸子雞同芝麻雞各半隻,簡稱鴛鴦雞。 呢道功夫菜,將雞鋪上芝麻及封乾,技巧一流。芝麻雞皮脆肉滑,芝麻香味入口即溶。炸子雞也一樣,皮脆肉滑,既傳統又懷舊。另外叫了新加坡酸辣骨,酸甜辣味恰當,一字骨夠哂新鮮。其他叫了古法焗魚腸、招牌欖角骨、黃金虎蝦球,蜜椒脆鱔球加腰果,質量仍保持高水平,芝麻雞及炸子雞可以一雞兩味,值得一試。
