To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懷舊車仔麵

石硤尾白田邨正在重建，以往很有舊屋邨情懷，今次路過特別想起車仔麵。店內貼滿了餐單、食物和店主合照，平日應該很受附近中學生歡迎，餐廳另外亦有做工廠區外賣。車仔麵點餐紙很有傳統車仔麵鋪的風味， 除了麵食外，還可以選擇醬汁種類和辣度 腩汁湯底味濃郁，加上索汁爽口的幼麵，是我最喜愛的車仔麵配搭，糖心蘿蔔鮮甜有咬口，滷水腩肉肥瘦均勻，味道不會過咸。車仔麵最好的地方是選擇多，連糖心蛋都有，流心蛋黃為車仔麵點綴不少。白雲豬手是我從未試過的小食，正如其名，外觀呈白色，白雲是指豬手未加有色醬料，只用糖醋鹽醃製，跟平時燒烤那種非常不同，味道較清新。跟中學時期一樣，食一碗麵配四餸剛剛好飽肚如想叫多餸的話，可以考慮六寶麵餐。

白雲豬手是我從未試過的小食，正如其名，外觀呈白色，白雲是指豬手未加有色醬料，只用糖醋鹽醃製，跟平時燒烤那種非常不同，味道較清新。

跟中學時期一樣，食一碗麵配四餸剛剛好飽肚

如想叫多餸的話，可以考慮六寶麵餐。
