近年車仔麵越出越多花款,但係我最鍾意食嘅都係傳統懷舊車仔麵。喺旺角俾我搵到一間好傳統嘅港式車仔麵,價錢都幾抵,嘢食唔錯,最緊要係食到以前細個車仔檔嘅嗰一種風味。面底有選擇粗面,麵質爽口彈牙,唔會太硬。湯底揀咗麻辣味,餐廳好細心咁將辣椒油用匙羹裝起,客人可以按照自己食開嘅辣度去加入辣椒油。辣汁麻味十足,十分惹味,唔會得種死辣搶喉味。配料揀咗蘿蔔、豬腸、豬皮和雞翼尖。蘿蔔入味不過略嫌有渣;豬腸醃得夠味,亦都好夠肥,味道不錯,不過口感就硬身咗少少;豬皮夠林、雞翼尖的滷水汁香口,整體來講唔錯。凍檸茶茶底夠曬濃味,唔會太苦澀,甜度亦都適中
