懷舊小菜館真係買少見少,珠江酒家絕對係我鍾意食嘅小菜館頭幾名!同朋友食飯一大班人,唔好講笑,一坐低梗係叫一個豉油王鵝腸,鵝腸一睇就知夠晒肥美,絕對係新鮮貨色,配合埋啤酒真係好惹味!簡單炒個通菜都知道師傅有料到,通菜食得出好有鑊氣,仲有少少豬油帶出香味,吵得爽脆,唔會變黃!蠔仔粥嘅蠔仔除咗要夠大粒,鮮味都好緊要,呢度嘅蠔仔粥除咗符合以上兩個條件,份量亦都唔講得笑,不過好食得嘅我哋,一人兩碗都好快清左!欖菜肉碎炒豆角,絕對係撈飯嘅菜式,欖菜香濃,豆角入晒味!至於呢個生炒骨一樣咁正,排骨好酥脆,配合酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,胃口大增,真係好味到食唔停口!最後呢一個炸蠔爽,配合蔥花椒鹽,又係另一個必食推介,蠔仔大大粒,肥美鮮甜,炸得好乾身,粉漿脆口,忍唔住食多幾粒!

蠔仔粥嘅蠔仔除咗要夠大粒,鮮味都好緊要,呢度嘅蠔仔粥除咗符合以上兩個條件,份量亦都唔講得笑,不過好食得嘅我哋,一人兩碗都好快清左!
