今日陪奶奶去樂富探二姑奶,晚飯時候,姑奶帶我們去附近商場的瑞士咖啡室食晚餐,咖啡室裝修擺設以懷舊為主題,尤其係牆上用麻雀砌成的招牌最為吸晴,座位以卡位為主。坐得舒服。鴨腿湯飯:湯底以雞和豬骨熬煮,將炸過的鴨放入湯內吸收湯的精華,鴨肉軟嫩香甜,加上清甜瓜粒,是夏天消暑的滋味湯飯之一。豉椒斑腩炒河:斑腩沾粉漿炸熟,河粉炒得夠鑊氣,並調了一個濃郁的獻汁炒,十分惹味!蒜子枝竹魚腩煲:魚腩沾粉炸過,與枝竹一齊炆煮,並加入蒜子增加香味,魚腩鮮嫩,枝竹有口感,被濃濃的蠔油醬汁包住甚惹味!滑蛋炒蝦仁:蝦仁大隻又爽口,蛋炒得嫩滑,加入韭黃和菇菌增加香味和口感。小菜套餐送白飯、餐湯和飲品,老火湯夠火喉,餐飲轉鹹檸七和紅豆冰只需加5蚊。好抵呀!
